FOOTWEAR RULES:
- Plastic and moulded studs or blades ONLY are allowed to be worn
- All other footwear including trainers, astro turfs and metal/metal tipped studs and blades are not permitted
- Any player wearing the incorrect footwear will not be allowed onto the pitch and must stay outside the enclosure

Played on SUNDAY Evenings
**AUTUMN CUP DETAILS NOW LIVE**
Each team in Groups A, B and C will play each other once in the initial 5 week group stage with THREE groups of SIX teams.
- The group winners will automatically qualify for the Elite Cup pool along with the two highest second-placed finishers.
- The two remaining second-placed sides and third placed teams will enter the Advanced Cup pool.
- Fourth placed sides and the top two highest fifth placed finishers will enter the Intermediate Cup.
- The two remaining fifth placed sides will compete in the Junior Cup competition along with the sixth placed finishers.
Teams in Group D will play each other twice with the final two games being 2x 18 minute matches played in Week FIVE.
Elite, Advance and Intermediate Cup pools will see teams play each other once again in a 5 week second stage with the top side claiming the title in each group. The Junior Cup will see FOUR teams play each other twice with the final two games being played in WEEK 10 as 2 x 18 minute fixtures.
