NEW SEASON: 14/01

OVERHEAD HEIGHT RULE – The ball is ALLOWED over head height (six foot). The only time it is not allowed over head height is from kick ins and from GK distribution – using his hands or feet. Corners ARE ALLOWED over head. This rule is in place to limit the number of aerial duels and to ensure the ball doesn’t go out of play as often.

FOOTWEAR – The following are allowed: Plastic moulded studs – Plastic screw in studs (less than 15mm) – Blades or boots with metal or metal tipped studs – Astro turf trainers are all allowed – No flat soled indoor or running trainers are permitted.

NO PADS = NO PLAY! – All players must wear shinpads. No smoking anywhere on site – this includes vaping and e cigarettes.
