Plastic and moulded studs or blades ONLY are allowed to be worn.

All other footwear including trainers, astro turfs and metal/metal tipped studs and blades are not permitted.

Any player wearing the incorrect footwear will not be allowed onto the pitch and must stay outside the enclosure.

– Week 10 playoffs – 1st v 2nd + 3rd v 4th – for every THREE points a team finishes ahead of their opponent = 1 goal advantage

– If the game ends as a draw – Penalty shootout (3 pens) – if still a draw then Sudden Death Penalty shootout
