MULTIPLE STUD CONFIGURATIONS ARE ALLOWED: Plastic studs / Moulded studs / Astros.
They must be changed into BEFORE stepping onto the playing area.
NOT ALLOWED – Boots with only 6 studs / Blades / Flat soled trainers.

SEASON LAYOUT
TEN WEEK campaign is split into TWO Phases
PHASE ONE: Each team in Group A and B will play each other once in their group during Weeks 1-5 = 5 GAMES
PHASE TWO: Table Splits in Two – Top Scorers are carried over
The TOP 3 teams from both Group A + B go to the Advanced Cup to play each other once during weeks 6-10 = 5 GAMES – For a chance to win the title
The BOTTOM 3 teams from both Group A + B go to the Intermediate Cup to play each other once during weeks 6-10 = 5 GAMES – For a chance to win the title

OVERHEAD HEIGHT RULE:
– The ball is allowed over head height (six foot)
– Kick ins replace throw ins – they must not go over head height (six foot)
– All Gk distribution MUST NOT go over head height (six foot) – The only time the ball is not allowed over head height is from GK distribution (using his hands or feet) and from kick ins —- Corners ARE ALLOWED over head.
*The above rule is in place to limit the number of aerial duels and to ensure the ball stays in play longer*
