FOOTWEAR RULES
MULTIPLE STUD CONFIGURATIONS ARE ALLOWED: Plastic studs / Moulded studs / Astros.
They must be changed into BEFORE stepping onto the playing area.
NOT ALLOWED – Boots with only 6 studs / Blades / Flat soled trainers.
LEAGUE LAYOUT
24 teams battle it out across 4 divisions of 6 teams.
Seasons are 10 weeks long.
At the end of each season the Top Two are promoted and the Bottom Two are relegated.
There are no gaps between seasons – the League operates all year round.
