UNDER HEAD HEIGHT RULE – The ball is ALLOWED over head height (six foot). The only time it is not allowed over head height is from kick ins and from GK distribution – using his hands or feet. Corners ARE ALLOWED over head. This rule is in place to limit the number of aerial duels and to ensure the ball doesn’t go out of play as often.

FOOTWEAR – The following are allowed: Plastic moulded studs – Plastic screw in studs (less than 15mm) – Blades or boots with metal or metal tipped studs – Astro turf trainers are all allowed – No flat soled indoor or running trainers are permitted.

———————————————–

NO PADS = NO PLAY! – All players must wear shinpads.

No smoking anywhere on site – this includes vaping and e cigarettes.

LATE SHOW – We operate a Late Show System at all of our Leagues. If the referee is ready to start and kick off time is reached – one team has paid their fees and are ready – and one hasn’t – the ref will start his clock and the team that isn’t ready will go one goal down. For every further two minutes they are not ready, the ref will award a further goal.
